Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating a GISGP account or using any GISGP service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
GISGP is a web platform that enables users to import, export, and manage data within ArcGIS Online Feature Services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Esri. Use of ArcGIS Online is governed by Esri's own terms.
3. Account registration
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or use automated means to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use GISGP to process data that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload GISGP systems
- Use the service to access ArcGIS services to which you do not have authorised access
- Resell or sublicense GISGP access without written permission
5. Your data and ArcGIS credentials
You retain full ownership of your GIS data. When you provide an ArcGIS Online token or credentials, you confirm that you have the right to access the associated services. GISGP acts as your agent to perform the operations you request and does not claim any rights over your data.
Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Subscription plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Plan limits (imports, exports, row counts) reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused allowances do not carry over.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.
First-order discount: promotional discounts apply to the first month only. Subsequent months are billed at the standard rate shown on the Pricing page.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to registered users.
7. Refund policy
If GISGP has a service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours within a billing month, affected subscribers may request a pro-rata credit by emailing . Credits are applied to the next billing cycle. Outside of service outages, payments are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
GISGP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular operation will succeed. GIS data operations carry inherent risk; always validate results before relying on them in production systems.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GISGP's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GISGP against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, or from your use of ArcGIS Online credentials that you are not authorised to use.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which GISGP operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
